Desert Sasqwatch
Manual pedal box
Clutch master cylinder
Clutch reservoir
Hydraulic hoses/fittings
Manual shifter
Shifter cables
Tunnel cover modification
Manual transmission
Flywheel and Clutch set
Correct transmission mounts
Axles - that match the transmission
TCM delete and PCM replacement or reprogramming
And probably some items I'm not thinking of
Would be cheaper to find a manual transmission Goblin for sale and pay a little extra if you are set on rowing your own gears.

I'm going to advise any buyer to drive it as is and decide later what you want to change. Making this Goblin into a manual transmission car would be time consuming but you might want to hot up the motor before changing anything else? A Goblin, 2.2 Auto is a Cobalt that has lost half a ton of weight!, even in Naturally Aspirated/Automatic trim it may have enough to OOMFH to make you back off the throttle? There will always be faster cars out there, no matter what! But I would bet nothing in it's price range touches it!
