️ Goblinfest 2025 – Track Rental at Central Arkansas Karting Complex ️

We’re excited to announce that during Goblinfest 2025, we will have the opportunity to rent the Central Arkansas Karting Complex for private Goblin track sessions! This is a great chance to push your car in a safe, controlled environment.
Track Details

  • Location: Central Arkansas Karting Complex
  • Rental Rate: $1,000 per hour
  • Track Capacity: 3–4 cars on track at a time
  • Average Lap Time: ~1.2 minutes

Cost Sharing

Since track time is limited and expensive, we’ll divide both time and cost fairly among participants:

  • Example: 1 hour = $1,000.
  • If 10 drivers participate, each driver pays $100 for 6 minutes of track time (rotated in groups of 3–4 cars).
  • If more drivers participate, time and cost will be adjusted equally.
  • We can rent multiple hours if interest and budget allow.

Track Rules

Safety is the top priority. We are not racing each other – we are racing the track.

  1. Helmet Required – No exceptions.
  2. 3–4 Cars on Track Only – Respect the schedule.
  3. No Aggressive Passing – This is NOT wheel-to-wheel racing.
  4. Passing Protocol:
    • Faster cars may pass only on the front straight when the slower car signals by pointing them by.
    • Slower cars: hold your line, stay predictable, and lift slightly if needed to allow the pass.
    • Faster cars: only pass after being given a point-by.
  5. Track Etiquette:
    • No dive-bombing into corners.
    • If you spin or go off track, re-enter only when it’s safe.
    • Respect flags and staff instructions.

⏱️ Session Structure

  • Drivers will be divided into groups of 3–4 cars.
  • Each group runs timed sessions (approx. 6 minutes if 10 drivers / 1 hour).
  • Rotate until everyone has equal seat time.
  • If you want more track time, consider sponsoring an additional hour.

✅ Next Steps

  • Please reply if you’re interested in participating.
  • Once we know the number of drivers, we’ll confirm cost per driver and session times.
  • Payments will be collected ahead of time to secure the rental.

This could be a lot of fun and become one of the highlights of Goblinfest – let’s make it safe, fair, and fun for everyone!

They had one of their employees ride along with me for a noise test to make sure it wasn't too loud and would safely maneuver around the track.

Dang Lonny and everybody! I think I'm gonna cry! There is no way I'll make it to the Fest! I just now got the jack stands out of my storage space and into the garage space. Progress is very slow, GOB-BALT and all my victims are down by or in the shop!(they've been scattered around this property for months, happy to be HOME). But WE got a house slab poured today!(So that is it's own happy/warm fuzzy feeling!) I wanna be there sooo badly, just to ooggle all the Goblin's, even ones I didn't help with!

We will be heading out from head quarters (our house) Saturday morning. I would like to leave around 8. Arriving at the kart complex around 9:30. We have to be done with our rental by 11:30 so they can start their normal operations. This will give us some setup time once we arrive and a little over run time if needed. We will then leave from there to find lunch, and discuss how my driving skills are so incredible I should be a professional. And then had back to head quarters.

Will they have transponders or any way for us to get an official best lap time? I don't want to have any doubts about who is the real king lol. Not saying I'll be the fastest but as long as I beat Lonny I'll sleep good :cool: For a 100 bucks this will beat any auto x for sure; Don't even have to stand up any cones for the bad drivers!

I have an app on my phone for lap times. Also have a transponder for the motorcycle, but I’d doubt they have that setup.

Just curious, what's the plan for those who aren't participating in the track even? Ride out and watch the race (which I'm ok with) or link up separately for the lunche spot? I'd hate to miss out on the cruise in ride.

Fun idea to make the track day more competitive, the people placing 2nd and below cover the fees for the 1st place person?

This will be my first time of any sort of tracking this thing, I'm just wanting to have fun and keep it on the pavement hahaha. I'm not looking to compete with anyone.
