Goblinfest 2025

KSLunsfo
Long shot maybe, is anyone that is attending Goblinfest potentially interested in a "lightly used" hood that may or may not have lost a battle with a mailbox? If so, I can bring with me. Not sure what value it may have at this point. I kept hanging onto it thinking I may do something with it and just have not yet.

In addition to the perfect condition reflected by the pictures :p, the mounting tabs are a bit tweaked as well. I do still have the small missing piece up front.

Anyone getting excited?

I suppose that could be a word for it. Going to be a late night here- I got two cars to cram into the race trailer tonight all the insurance and registration paperwork to verify. the airbags on the truck have a leak to address and 3 marker lights still giving me fits on the race trailer. last week the drivers door on the truck would not latch and today the passenger is doing it. oy! we are planning on rolling out wed for the 2 day drive. the trailer may get one of those "or bust" messages scribbled on it! I have bungees and duct tape and sure don't intend to miss yet another one of these!

do ya'll think the green tire slime will work on an airlift suspension? lol

Just so I understand the overall parking situation for the weekend, where should I expect to park my truck & trailer? Is the thought that I leave those where I'm staying (Mountain view RV Park in my case) and drive the Goblin to HQ or is there room to leave trailer w/ car at HQ? (Seems I saw this was an option unless I'm not remembering correctly)

Also, is there possibly value in bringing a pop up canopy? My trailer is enclosed, so don't really need it for a rain situation necessarily.

Yes you can leave your truck and trailer here at the house.
Just a reminder we live in a dry county and the closest place to get alcohol is 20-25 minute drive(depending on how fast you drive). Bring your lawn chairs, we do have a few extras. You can leave them here during Goblinfest and pick them up before you head home.

We live in a wet? county. Still is 25 minutes to beer and 30 to the ABC store for the good stuff lol. I love the mountain life, even if it is inconvenient... We are loaded up and heading out tomorrow!
