V1 Hose between Resevoir and clutch pedal

I am doing some research and apparently you cannot utilize gas line, or heater hose for a brake resevoir hose. What are you all using for hose between the resevoir and the clutch pedal cylinder? Also the clutch has a shaft that just slides into the cylinder is there any seal? Trying to figure out if the fluid will leak out.

Search eBay for "remote brake fluid hose". You can buy it by the foot. Unfortunately I forgot what size I used. I want to say 3/8".

On our bikes we used tygon 2375 hose. McMaster Carr is typically where I bought mine from.
