V1 Mystery plug

Looking to the hive mind for some wiring help since I seem to be stumbling my way through the videos. If its any help this is on a 2006 SS/SC. I think that this is a steering angle sensor plug that I was supposed to cut out along the way but could not find one that matched up with what was in the video so I skipped that plug. If I'm right it should be cut out....if not any help to identify would be appreciated.

Small black plug in the dash harness with a gray, pink, (green wire already cut from the dash to main harness connector) and orange wires. The gray wire goes up to the steering plug I've already got taped up to the power steering power and ground.

I'll check that out but it would make sense since I've got to keep the wipers here for the state police inspection and annual. I must have lost the label for it.
