Forum classifieds, facespace market, maybe another site - all you can do is look and keep asking. Not a lot of these were sold before DF stopped making them. They are rare enough a OR Goblin might fetch a premium price?

Or you cold ask @Rttoys how he built his 'sandrail' from a sreet Goblin!!!

I hope this doesn't offend the builder of this Goblin, but off the top of my head, two of the defining features of the offroad Goblin are the higher suspension and the rear-mounted radiator. This Goblin has the latter of those two options. I'm not sure how they achieved the higher stance aside from taller tires, and you pretty much have to go auto to run something like a 31" tall tire, so this build is set there. You could probably get another inch or three out of adjusting the right height collars on the stock front and rear suspension as well.
