Pic 2, Red one is for the emissions doohicky (not needed) Black one need to see wire colors to know for sure purple is engine harness to main harness. (on mine there are two and I plugged them in opposite.... wasted day of trouble shouting!)

Pic 1- oil pressure sending unit (OPSU), near the starter on the block. Circled in red
pic b-
red- evap purge solenoid (not needed)
black- boost control solenoid (not 100% on this)
big one- either main harness connector to elm/fuse box, or headlight harness, they are similar connectors in the same general area.

Not much really. Scuffed it down with a Brillo pad so it wasn’t smooth, and hit it with paint. It looks good, but if you mess with t too much, it’ll chip.

on plastic, I try to “dust” it with paint, at first. So I’ll be a good distance away and let it barely get any on it. Let that get tacky, then paint like normal.
