TO HOT?

Robinjo
I squeezed some pipe insulation between the hood and the foot cover. Works well, I get less heat from the radiator. I wish the gap under the windshield would be a little larger. There is a cool breeze coming through.

It can be if you shim it a little bit.....

New baby here, 11 weeks old. I'm posting what I get done between here and instagram/youtube, but people want higher quality content and not just build steps on those platforms. Just haven't had a lot of time, doing small things between posts.
Joe! New baby!? Best excuse of all IMHO. You'll be back on it soon enough. Yeah, life gets in the way of toy building but life is why we toy build! The new baby days are a bear. OTOH My son's youngest just hit 1 and he says he is trying to remember what the big deal was with new babies? Wow! how soon we forget all the diapers and missed sleep! Toys will always wait, it is both their charm and their Achilles' heel. Daddyin' is the best!

One item. I believe the tie rod ends shown are the Cobalt ones, they are longer and go on the Toe Link Bar on the rear. The front suspension on a Goblin is different than the original(except for the rack) and uses the shorter tie rod ends. A reminder, look closely at your springs. Heard tell many kits come with the rear springs on the shocks and the front springs on the struts. IIRC the 400# goes on the front and the 300# go on the rear. Just look at the springs, the # is on them and I'm sure someone "in the know" will mention which goes where.
Man, that all looks impossibly great! I like to watch!

I believe I’m at the point where I insert “I’m out of build videos” but either way I’m happy with the progress
are you going to relocate the brake fluid reservoir? Also I saw in the "too hot" thread that you said your goblin is NA but I see a heat exchanger in your pic. Planning for forced induction down the road?

Yes actually I did relocate the reservoir which was after this last picture. The heat exchanger is for a supercharger in the future. This is where I ended up before I went to bed last night.
