Can you guys tell me what this is? I need to know how to paint it.

The tie rod rack that bolts onto the rear subframe. This rack is what keeps the rear hubs from turning (they used to be in the front).

It basically replaces the steering rack on the subframe when it moves from the front on the cobalt to the rear on the goblin.
