What tail lights are these?

Got my lights in today. Similar to the Rigid lights but the knock off version. These were intended for a roll bar installation. I was wondering if anyone knew of how they mounted the tail lights? I am thinking with a 3d printed tray/bracket. I can't imagine it would be incredibly difficult for someone who has a 3d printer. Obviously I'd pay for th project/shipping

Here are some pictures. I can measure whatever for more details if needed

Who sells the flange and bungs?
The flange is from WERKSracing and the bungs were from Summit Racing. The flange seems pretty darn expensive for what it is but it's the only one I could find. You can get weld-in o2 bungs just about anywhere but I was already placing an order with Summit at the time so it was easier to just add a couple bungs to the cart. It also appears that the bungs I ordered are no longer available.

I believe the picture you showed of the lights on the car was Lechlis'. Here is a LINK to his build log where he had the brackets laser cut out of Aluminum. 3D printed would probably work but you'd just have to make sure it's strong enough to hold up and not affected by UV.
