V1 Wiring harness question

Hey guys, I received my wiring harness yesterday from the good folks at DF. I have 3 extra connectors up front and I just can’t seem to locate their plugs. Any help will be appreciated. The first one is down by the BCM. The other two are up by the steering column.

The first one just looks like the OBD2 connector.

Thanks. Obd2 makes sense. I already have one connector to the clutch pedal position sensor. Is there more than one connector to the clutch?

I don't think #2 is the ignition switch, that should be green.

Well thank you very much! I suppose it’s ok to leave them all disconnected then. No tpms and I don’t think I saved an ambient light sensor.

The Cobalt came equipped with automatic lights, and I think I saw something about not having the ambient light sensor causing erratic behavior with the lights. Could be mistaken though.

Found something from the donor that fits the connector near the BCM.

It has an FCC ID number on it

Yes, that's your TPMS/keyfob sensor. If you don't have TPMS, then it's only for the keyfob.

I’ll be darned. I did save the ambient light sensor. And the other device must be the tpms receiver. You guys are awesome. Thanks a bunch

The first large one is your ODB2 port. It doesn't plug into anything and is a port to plug a code scanner in.

The third is the ambient light

Yes, that's your TPMS/keyfob sensor. If you don't have TPMS, then it's only for the keyfob.

I do not believe so, but I saw no good reason to take mine out. So I left it in and I've never tried to run without it.
