I'll post some action shots in my build log - overall it was a good turnout. The weather (as you can see) made things a bit dicy but there were gaps long enough to dry out and get some decent runs in.
I've even got my wife noting every cobalt she sees "oh look, there goes a potential goblin". It makes me happy when she's even the slightest involved in my hobbies.
I'm hoping to go this year. I have 700' of frontage on Hwy-129 (in Florida) so all i have to do is turn right and drive for 7 hours. What was the weather like for last years meet up?

@CaptFrank2001 If you're a camper it's a gorgeous area to camp & hike. Airbnb's are the way to go. We may go up a few days early to do some glamping this year - hope to meet you then!

I lived in NC for several years. Scratch built my own Log Cabin near Lake Lure that I sold in 2018. Good friends with the couple that bought it & need to go and visit my old place. Hope to make a nice mini vacation to include the Goblin "meet up". Looking forward to it. It will be great to meet some of the other builders.
