Does the coolant temp sensor and throttle pedal sensor share a ground somewhere? I get these two codes p0118 and p0223 before i even start the engine, just key in on position.

What donor? No connection on the later models. Probably not on the older.

P0223 is throttle position code (throttle body) not the accelerator pedal.

It will help if you add your donor to your signature.

I think i figured out, hoping just a loose connection with ecm plug, all though ive plugged and plugged them numerous times. Now i just have p0700 transmission MIL. But seems to be running fine just driving it up and down street now.

Good that you are making sure of your connections, but a caution the ECM (and BCM, TCM) connectors are not meant to be disconnected/reconnected multiple times. The spring in the metal can be fatigued and lead to intermittent contact. Yep, it's a fine line between ensuring good connection and having loose contacts.:D
