There is a slight amount of adjustment out of the box. I did not have to elongate any holes and I was able to meet the number I was shooting for on both sides.

I had to elongate both the knuckle and coilover to get mine too "almost" where I wanted mine.

I used a bur grinding bit. Hard to elongate with a drill bit.

I don't like using eccentric bolts. They can be problematic at holding and are weaker.

I’m not a fan of the eccentric bolts either. They seem way thin and I had to crank mine to keep them from moving. I felt like they could snap at anytime. I would suggest grinding like GM says, but to be honest, I would loosen everything and pull out the struts as much as possible in stock form. It should land around -1.x camber and I would leave it there. Mine hit -1.4° dr side and -1.8° pass side.

Unfortunately, there may be quite a bit of variation in what camber can be reached from frame to frame. There is a lot of stackup of tolerances for the mounting points of the knuckles.

Ya. And his is an early model. May be more variances too. I know the 2-3 I have aligned here have been very close together though.
