V1 EVAP question.

In the SS/SC engine prep video it has you unhook the EVAP solenoid wire connector. Can all of the Evaporator Solenoid and hoses be deleted and plugged up? Thanks for any help with this.

If you are in a state/county/municipality that doesn't require emissions, then yes it can all go. If not, keep it and find out if anyone else around you reinstalled the emissions items.
