V1 F23 shifter cable mount bracket

I can't figure out how to attach this mounting bracket to the transaxle.
.

I don't see any bolt hole or mounting surface that aligns with the mounting hole on the bracket.

What am I missing?

Loop on the bracket goes over the red circled nub. Small thru hole on the bracket is held at the spot with the green circle with a bolt, but I don't remember the thread.
