Ideas on how to attach the screen?

I used a welder, and some glue to hold some bolts in place.

I used black rivets for attaching brackets to the hood so they didn't stand out. Not sure what your options are for making them blend in if you care. I guess you could hit the rivets with white paint before installing them if you wanted.

I epoxied on some washers to zip tie the grille to. Worked great.

Yes, but I don’t have easy access to it or room to take it off the frame currently. Hoping to get that in the next few weeks but the guy designing it for me wanted to start. So was seeing if anyone might have already taken measurements and had them handy.

Yeah the measurement of the opening in the front is the hood for the grill.

I've never seen anyone post anything like a detailed dimensioned drawing that could be used to fab something up. Someone could probably get you rough dimensions to order materials, but most have just trimmed to fit.

Yeah I had a feeling but I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask.
Most likely looks like I will just have to wait till I can get the specs myself. I do plan to post them up if no one else does in case others want the information. Unfortunately for how this is being done rough measurements won’t work.

I used CAD (cardboard aided design) to make a pattern. It's fairly small so I'm sure it can be mailed rather inexpensively. Be aware that the inside of the opening isn't square to the front. If you use flat material, it will need some flexibility to sit against the lip.

The opening is not 100% symmetrical, plus there’s several ways to attach the screen, so no basically no 2 are alike.

Fiberglass in low production #'s on a non critical area. I would expect the dimensions to vary by 1/2" from one peice to the next

I attached my grille with 8 tiny black zipties that go through tiny holes around the edge of the fiberglass
