Goblin lags on the throttle out of the gate

Goblin 453 is officially legal and i took it out on the road this week. It's a 2.2 with f23 transmission. I push the clutch in move into first and let off the clutch and start rolling if I put my foot to the floor it doesn't really zoom away. Sometimes it will want to but others not so much. It seems to me like its a computer issue or lack of air coming in but I don't have any unexpected codes.
I know some mentioned the throttle position might need adjusted but it seems almost like the computer is saying no to WOT in first gear no matter how hard I push the throttle but seems fine in other gears. Why does it do this anyone have ideas?

Shooting from the hip: MAF sensor installed backwards? Vacuum leak in one of the hoses attached to the intake manifold? Old fuel filter that is partially blocked? Fuel pressure not stable/dropping at WOT? I'm sure others will have ideas.

Maf seems to be correct as it won't even idle flipped around. The fuel filter and fuel pump are new. Vacuum leak is another consideration because I had it won't to hood 2500 rpm randomly with my foot off the brakes. I have a smoker coming tomorrow to see if I can find a leak somewhere in the Vacuum lines. See anything on the chart?

Assuming you logged the times you were WOT - foot to the floor - the highest throttle percentage is only 80% (at 108 seconds). Not certain if this is just recording the symptom or is defining the cause?

I'll need to do a better test where I can do wot from 0 to 60 and log the data.this was street driving with a couple stop signs. I'll have to pull on to the highway and let it rip through the gears.

Your screenshot of the spreadsheet won't let me see the complete column header.
So I can see 3 columns that are Bank 1 O2 Sensor - looks like one is raw voltage, the other ones are probably math on that sensor.
The first one just sits at 99.2, while the other ones wander a bit, which it should.

The short term fuel trim wanders from -20 to +20. The long term fuel trims don't seem too far from 0. You did just change the intake and exhaust, so it will take some driving miles to give the PCM time to learn the new changes.

Your sampling rate was pretty slow, so if you are going to open it up on a highway ramp, you will want to increase the sample rate, include RPM too. Probably a few other parameters.

Here is some more Info. Just FYI the bank 1 sensor 1 is the only one running through the ecm bank two is on a afr gauge at the dash
