V1 Is this supposed to be bent?

This MC bracket came in my kit today:

It seems like the two ears should be the same, but one is bent differently than the other. Should they be the same?

Install it first and check for correct angle. I'm sure they are different for a reason.

Huge thanks for the pic! I was pulling my hair out over here trying to figure out where this bracket even went. I could swear it came out of a bag labeled MC brkt. Not even close.

I'm pretty sure we bent just one of the tabs on mine even further to get it to line up a little better.

save the OEM bottom bracket on the shifter cables, the DF bracket goes on top of it.
