V1 Leftover wires

Getting to the end of the build and I haven't used several wires left from the wire harness videos. In the dash harness Lonny has a pink wire and a purple wire coiled up and zip tied to the harness, but never said what they're for. Same for another purple wire zip tied back by the fuse box. Any ideas what they're saved for?

In the main harness below the engine I have several wires hanging out. A thick (10ga?) wire is labeled ABS module, a 16ga black wire is labeled ABS module, a 16ga black wire is labeled HE pump, an 18ga pink wire is unlabeled, but is knotted per the video, and an 18ga light blue wire is unlabeled and unknotted:

Any idea what these are for? The light blue one is not my CHMSL - I have that wire labeled and stored for later install.

On a possibly related note, my HE pump doesn't run with just key on. I checked the plug at the pump and have no power with just key on, so I can't say the pump is bad yet (also no blown fuses that I can see). I haven't checked it with engine running - does the HE pump only run while the engine is running or should it also run with just key on?

As far as general electrical status, the car starts without hesitation and idles fine. The headlights, tail lights and turn signals all work. The HE fan comes on with key on. On the gage cluster I have a red BRAKE light, an ABS light and an airbag light. The CEL is not on. On startup the info screen displays temp and odometer with no error messages. Today after turning off the key the engine continued running for a couple seconds before stopping (that's a first - it usually quits immediately).

The run on is a common problem with HE fan or the electrical coolant pump ( I don't remember which one). A diode solves the problem, mine does it but I haven't cared enough to fix it yet. A search for diode on the forum should point you in the right direction.

Mines a TC so I'm not sure if it's different but the pump comes on with it key on/engine off. I had issues with mine as well and found I had a bad ground to it. I ran a separate ground to it straight from a ground lug and that solved it. That doesn't sound like the same issue you are having tho. I had 12v on positive and 2.1v on ground.
