V1 Lights + Fuel but no crank/no start

Not a ground wire. Should be wire from battery, wire from alternator, and wire to B+ post on fuse box.

Just curious, was that the ground wire I circled?

Nope, that’s the positive terminal on the starter that you circled. The problem ended up being the starter solenoid plug on the starter itself.

I don’t remember what cobalt you have and I’m not looking it up, but some have a fuse that commonly blow on the bcm that cause your same symptoms. Check fuses.
