Missed DF Anniversary

Desert Sasqwatch

Bigfoot Goblin
Desert Sasqwatch
From a message from Adam this past week, It was just over 10 years ago that Lonny and Adam stripped their first donor Cobalt to build the first prototype Goblin. I did not see anything announced on the forum and didn't want the Goblin family to miss this milestone for the DF crew.

It is amazing that the concept of building an affordable kit car, using a single donor, that would be a blast to drive has grown into 500+ kits - for the Goblin 'Classic V1 and that plans are in the works for the Goblin V2. And all of this as a 'side project' from the DF aerospace business - wow!

Congratulations Lonny, Adam, Brenda and the rest of the DF team for a job well done. Keep up the great work and can't wait to see what the next 10 years brings! :D

I've beaten this dead horse before and I will again. Lonny and crew are pretty amazing! There are car companies out there taking a decade to build 500 units! And DF figured out ways to use "all of the Buffalo, even the snort!" (Swift Meat Packing in the 1890's claimed they "used all of the pig except for the squeal.") Just Amazing Lonny and Crew!!;)
