Hoping someone here might know this by chance. 2019 chevy colorado 3.6. Does the air bag control module environment identifier have to match for the bcm to unlock communications?

Update:
I have the Colorado running and driving. Turned out that the keys I had made by a local locksmith had one key with a faulty transponder so I went round and round second guessing wiring until that was discovered. Turned out I did not need the air bag controller and was able to install a resistor and bypass the SIR module all together. Exterior metal work has been completed on the van just a lot to do to the interior floors. Most of a 4X8 sheet of 18 gauge has been used replacing rust so far.
