V1 No crank or fuel pump

Merry Christmas !! Was wanting to get through this without asking for help but.
Was prepping for first start checking electrical did the harness myself ! What does work dash shows brake fluid low,coolant low,fuel low and change oil soon.
The icons all lite up and settle back to eng, brake,airbag,Tc and anti-theft. The corner post seams to read everything.
But I do not have a running fuel pump or any eng crank . Is this due to anti-theft light ? Have checked all fuses twice the only codes I have are vent valve solenoid and e-vap pressure sensor low . I think I'm missing something simple maybe . oh 2010 ss tc
any help would be appreciated Thanks

That the computers are not communicating, I believe. But you said the VATS light is on, so I’d start there.

Usually if the throttle doesn't move it is either the data wires incorrectly or not connected, the throttle body and/or accelerator not plugged in or ground wires not grounded.
The ground wire coming from the white fuse box headlamp connector is commonly missed.

Turn the key to the on position and wait ten minutes until the anti theft light goes out. Don't touch anything while you wait. If the light doesn't go out after ten minutes there is something wrong.

Turn the key off and back on and wait ten more minutes for the light to go out.

Turn the key off and wait ten more minutes for a third time for the light to go out.

The next time you turn the key on it should go of after a few seconds.

The good news is after the 30 minute relearn for the first one all other keys are super simple to program. Just start it with the working key, shut it off, and immediately start it with the next key.

Ok tried key relearn yesterday with no luck took broken key reader apart and found problem repaired and tape spare key to it plug in no more anti-theft ! still no crank found a tan wire not hooked up in the harness at fuse box has 6.45 volts there is continuity between clutch switch and tan wire on fuel pump. I also have a loose tan wire at the purple and black engine plug is that where it should go ?

New development found the yellowish plug at fuse block can be put in backwards !! it now cranks but will continue to crank until key is turned off
And it will only crank with the clutch in.still no fuel pump have 12 volts at relay but no power at fuel pump fuse back feed the fuse and got nothing.
Being a 2010 will it keep cranking till it starts or do i have a problem here too ? Any help would greatly appreciated thanks

The engine will crank until it starts. That is normal.
Were you able to empty the gas tank with the fuel pump? A few other builders have cooked the circuit board when they jumped the wrong relay connections. Take apart the fuse box, and check the copper circuit board for burnt spots, solder repair can fix it.

I just turned on the key and emptied it! its probably something I did I was working out of town a lot when I did the harness only getting to one day every two weeks
