That shaft moves in and out. If it’s seized, buy a new one. It should move freely.
Or do what I think it was Grayson (?) did and strap it to two trucks to pull it apart. I watch a YouTube that did it and can’t remember who was the one. Those are decently cheap though….

It’s a collapsible shaft, if it doesn’t move get a new one like Rttoys mentioned. I soaked mine in WD-40 and beat the **** out of it and finally got it to move just to seize again the next day.

No matter how complicated, heavy or funky the messed up part is, make sure it is expensive or not available before spending time and $$ on fixing it!............ I believe that steering knuckles are currently on the endangered list, but apparently the G6/Malibu knuckle is a substitute with minimal mods(shorten inner tie rod, and it may be stronger as well. Apparently dirt track guys are eating up(breaking) right SS knuckles like candy.
