My application would be a L61 with the E37 (I think) ECM. That said, there is a certain engine speed at which there is sufficient exhaust flow to spin the turbo and produce positive manifold pressure (read boost). That's the number I'm looking for.
That will likely have to come from someone that has ran it outside of a LNF or someone with a lot of experience with HP Tuners and playing with the LNF. I think I may have seen post on HP Tuners that indicated you can start "asking" for boost about 2600 rpm on the LNF.
I had my LNF dyno tuned at ZZ Performance. I see 24-25 lbs boost. It is all in at 3000RPM. I saw 360+ ft lbs at 3000RPM. A 5th gear pull will start boost @ 2000 - ramps up and gets crazy as the RPM increases. This is one of the reasons I need a new clutch - in a box in the garage. Soon to come.
