V1 Upgrade 2007 NA 2.4L. Supercharge or Turbo??

Just joining the Goblin team so I have much to learn! Any opinions here? Pros & Cons?

I was leaning to turbo, I even toyed with buying a new crate/turbo, but understand that it requires new harness among other things..that poses a problem as I am buying a pre-built goblin. Is there an all inclusive bolt-on option that a weekend mechanic could manage (SC or Turbo)?

ZZP seems to have closest thing but it doesn't appear to be all-inclusive.

I also live in the sticks so wont be easy to work with local shop to tune etc.

The supercharger hit is immediate and goes up to 12 PSI boost, the turbo takes a second or two, but hits harder. 20 PSI boost?
Both are fun.

BAR-AIR is working on adding a turbo to a NA engine. Here's the post with his progress. He's not done but it should give you some ideas.

I have added a supercharger to my 2.2. It made a quick car downright fast. I bought mostly all used parts. I have ZZP doing the tune by emailing files back and forth. ( i did not want to take the time to learn everything that I need to know to tune it with HP Tuners. I will tweak some stuff when done though). There are a few thing that I feel I would do differently if I did it over.

Not really. The 2.2 and 2.4 are almost identical. It did require some re wiring of the MAP sensor and some power for the inter cooler pump that was about it for wiring.
