V1 What is this dash harness connector?

From a 2006 SS/SC Cobalt - blue connector with 4 pairs of twisted wires, 1 of the green low speed data wires, and a white/black and a dark blue wires from the steering wheel button connector, plus a few others. I didn't see any mention of this connector in the build videos. Any idea what this is and do I need it or any of these wires?
