Connected? The wires? Is it one solid wire? Send a picture.
Assuming the above is true, the wires will need to be cut to end up with a set of wire stubs at each light to connect the Goblin wire harness to. You may also be able to disassemble the lights and access the wires if you don't want to cut the wires.

Take out the Philips screw on the bottom (in your picture) and the lights pop out. Then there is a small bolt and nut holding them in the middle. Remove that and they separate. The hole is filled when you bolt the brackets to them so you don't have to seal it. Re-attached the light housing and you're good to go.

Ah, I see. Those are pre-wired for a motorcycle. You will have to do some disassembly and some wire cutting to get the pair separated. The lead with the connector should remain with the light on the right in the picture. The wires from the light on the left will need to be separated inside the RH light to leave these leads as long as possible.

They should have separate wires for each light. You do cut the connector off on each though and join them to your harness. Yes, they have a separate filament for the high and low in both lights.

Do the dominators have a light for High and a separate light for Low?
One bulb is the parking/marker light, the one towards the outside of the lense. The large bulb in the middle is double filament for low/high beam usage.
