Depends how busy they are, been tough recently but have received emails after a bit.

If you have something urgent, call DF. Getting dozens (hundreds?) of emails per day doesn't ensure yours will get read in a timely manner.

Sorry about the lack of communication from our support team. We only have one person in the office now, and she is very busy pulling orders and taking calls( we only have 1 phone line). Adam is on his honeymoon and won't be back until the first of July.
Lonny has been going back and forth to Texas almost every other week. Feel free to send me a message on here.

I’ve been calling but im still waiting on a blueprint for the spindle for over alittle 2 months,
so I can have someone cnc me one for a Honda 4 lug hub assembly.
Don’t get me wrong they have been very nice and helpful, and I totally understand being busy and maybe understaffed.

Or at least communicate with us which number is next to ship and tell us all what order we are in. Pretty tough to plan anything on broken promises one after another.

They have shipped several subframes already. I'm not sure what order they are being shipped, but I will check. Like I said earlier we only have 1 person handling the office until the first of July when Adam returns from his honeymoon.

Guys if you ask me to check on your things (which I don't mind doing) I need your name and frame number. Your forum names don't help me.

461 Dusty Rice, Snooter LLC, wondering roughly when my stage 3 invoice will be ready. I made a note to add items to that stage that can be simply bought from the shop. If it gets some items moving easier to just go ahead and buy the tail lights and standard full kit windshield instead of waiting on the invoice let me know and just cross those two items off if so, thank you :) Also I got the seats in! And thanks for letting me know that the hubs are being worked on.

Hello. I called little over a week ago about getting four 5 lug hubs. Needed to be drilled. Aylssa I think was her name. I willing to prepay.
She did take my name and chassis number 449 down. No contact back yet
 
Hi Brenda, did some hubs ship to my address? If so could you reply or email a tracking number. A.lot theft in area,. I want leave during lunch once they're delivered. Thank.you
