The driver's side center frame rail in the stock Goblin frame will contact the transmission case on the F40. This rail would need to be moved outboard by at least 5/8 inch to clear the transmission. Also the driver's side transmission mount is in a different location than the F35/F23 mount. It sits higher, is further inboard and has a different bolt pattern. The transmission does fit within the stock Cobalt subframe and the front transmission mount is nearly identical, but the rear transmission mount would need to be adapted to different mounting bolt locations. Believe this is the information you were looking for with your original question.
