The safety washers should come with the Helm joints that should be included in the kit. I think the consensus is to not torque the hub studs to the video recommendations but about 10 ft-lbs less. Especially if you have aftermarket hubs. I think most also but the steering arm in the top hole in the front and bottom hole in the back to lower the tie rod as much as possible.

Speed sensors? In the bearing hubs? Those are not used, unless you have something special setup for your Goblin.
