Monitor Engine Temp

Hey Guys,

What is everyone using to monitor engine temp? I am looking for a more permanent solution then the delay of the bluetooth/phone combo. There are a lot of options out there just trying to get an idea of the best alternative.

Thanks

just the standard Cobalt cluster which gives coolant temp.

What specific temp you looking to monitor?

I just realized its time for the gauge switches I have been putting off I did not realize the SS console had temp gauge.
Yep. We look at it often and go "Yep, it's still at 180". The cooling on this car is amazing. During the autocross, it never really got fully up to temp. Sitting in line for a few minutes and then a 50 second run and a 15 minute cool down. Of course it was only 70 degrees that day.

When I did my first autocross in Oct, we were last heat and on my last few runs I was at 200-210 range, it was mid 90s out though.

I measured the stock ss cobalt rad and the goblin rad. If I remember right, the goblin rad holds something like 30% more volume than the cobalt.
