P0106 Check Engine Code - found issue

So I threw a code this weekend and just went out to investigate. P0106 The code is for the lower MAP sensor. I have the GMPerformance Stage 1 MAP sensors. I took both of them out and they were very clean. I then erased the code and started her up. I heard a sound that has not been there before. I found the U-shaped hose coming off the intake manifold running to the brake vac booster had a hole rubbed into it by one of the MAP sensor adapters from ZZPerformance. I cut off the hose and we are back to normal. Further research told me any vacuum leak can throw that code... Hopefully this will help out someone in the future...

Out of the blue our car ran really bad and would not idle down. Ended up being a vacuum leak. The hose going from the brake booster to the intake slide off. Didn't take long to find that one. I wrote something up on it a while back. Those vacuum leaks sure can cause problems!
