What to do with those two wires?

Ok, almost done with the harness. Early on, the video instructed to run the two dash dimmer wires over by the BCM. I haven't seen what to do with them. Connect them together? Thanks

I believe I have seen Lonny say they tie them together which would be maximum brightness at all times.

I put the dimmer in, and need to go back and remove it. The dash lights are always too low, wish they went brighter.

That is what I remember, just connect them together.
