V1 06 SS/SC Vacuum Line routing

Ross
I eliminated that (3), and the metal bracket that holds it (2), and its vacuum line (1).
The only vacuum line I used was for the brake booster... the rest of the engine has its stock vacuum lines.
I eliminated the crank case vacuum (PCV) line by putting that little air filter on the valve cover, and a piece of HVAC tape on the intake where it was suppose to attach (Not shown, but beside the MAF sensor).

Brake booster connection = red dots (see pic)

Evap plumbing = blue dots

Valve-cover venting = yellow dots

The way you've connected your relief-valve solenoid is, fwiw, the way I will be hooking up ours.

Good luck.

Thanks for the pic! It helps a lot.

I’m going to have to keep my evap system intact for emissions testing. Looking at your pic, the blue dots that go back towards the firewall pulled vacuum on the fuel tank, correct? And the red line is going to provide vacuum for my brake booster?

Should I keep these vacuum circuits separate when I plumb everything in? If the evap box with the port facing rear is open to atmosphere, will that throw CEL since it would never “see vacuum” in the fuel cell?

Yep that looks correct. The other item is for the evap system. You can eliminate that.
When you eliminated the Evap. System, what did you do about the open port on the blower and the other end of the Evap. line (I think this is the PCV filter shown)? Just plug them with a rubber cap?
