V1 2006 LSJ ABS Wire

Does anyone recall what wire on the BCM powered the ABS system? I need a switched-on 12V power source.

I do not have access to a wiring diagram or I'd look it up myself. Charmi never works on my compute for some reason.

There’s 2 circuits that Lonny left in the harness for addons. Should be here, but they are the link wires you are already taking about, which is odd it’s not powering it on.

Another option is wiring off a relay in the back that’s not being used. Or directly off the battery to a relay and use any circuit to turn it on.

Hhmm. Ok.

I was thinking about it too. You said you are getting 11.5v? Is that battery voltage or is there a bad voltage drop? That would need to be addressed first if so.

What are you using as a ground when you see the lower voltage? Check it to the negative terminal on the battery.
That’s where I ran the negative probe, to the negative post of the battery.
I’m trying to power my AFR and Boost gages, they will not power on running off the switch on from the BCM. They will if I go directly to the positive terminal of the battery.

Mostly make sure connections are tight. Loosen all the grounds, move them back and forth to knock junk off them and tighten. Usually a ground that causes this. It’s not bad, but if it’s enough not to turn on the gauges, it’s low to cause other problems. Check voltages at fuses while you are there. See if is the whole unit or just hit or miss.

It’s just odd you lose a volt at the bcm.

Powder coat and even surface rust make for a “dirty ground”. A little bit of sand paper or even a wiggle of the grounds make a difference. Hope that fixes it, then should make your gauges turn on like they are supposed to.
