This one is powered by a turbocharged 2.4 liter ecotech engine with a 5 speed manual. Car has engine has just shy of 73k miles it will gk up as i do cruise around in this thing, Ihave put about 850 miles on the completed build. Tuned by RPM Motorsports has just over 250whp on 8 psi of boost. Has full roll cage with the easy entry bars so you dont smake you head when you get in. Seat belts all fully functional lights all the way around. Message me with any questions you have. Clean Montana title. Any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Asking 16k located in Austin TX.

This one is powered by a naturally aspirated 2.4 liter ecotech engine. Has full roll cage. Seat belts all fully functional lights all the way around. It has no current issues it was built by me. I do have a couple extra parts to make it faster like a turbo and bigger injectors. This is the prefact track day car. Message me with any questions you have. It is not currently titled it does however have the certificate of origin. It can be titled if you have the time and want to title it. Would consider trading for a 4 door tacoma and cash.
Is it still for sale

Hi there,
Do you have all the piping to install the turbo?
I dont have the specific piping for this car but i do have piping that i will include the only thing you will need is an intercooler which i also have but i personally didnt like the mounting options for the ones i have but if you like them i would be ok giving one of them up with the car. Or you could get the water to air system from Goblin.

I also have started going the Montana route to title it so the price might go up. If the car does pass the title hoops and i get it title registered and plates

On a stock LE5, ZZP doesn't recommend exceeding 6psi and 250HP - for longevity reasons (read down into the link). I'm sure the 2.4 can be pushed higher, but with non-forged pistons any detonation under boost is typically detrimental to piston life. Just sayin' - it's your build and you can do whatever you want.

This would be true but like their website says 07 and before has the same forged internals as the lnf. Have the stronger 2.4 it can safley support 350 at a lower boost raiting just like stated above. You will also have that power lower in the curve due to the highe compression ratio that the 2.4 has.

The LNF has a forged crank and rods, but would require forged piston replacements to go 350HP+, since it is using hyperutectic pistons. Yes, it would probably survive being boosted to those levels for a while, but don't know of too many builders who want to pull their engine for a rebuild/replacement if (more likely when) the hand grenade goes off. I for one want an engine that's powerful, but civilized and not going to leave me stranded somewhere when I get crazy on the loud pedal.

The LSJ has forged pistons and can be boosted up to 350-400HP with less worry about things flying apart. It is typically the choice when builders want to go crazy with the HP levels.

In the school of thought for higher compression with boost, yes there would be less turbo lag than with lower compression. And yes higher HP can be made with less boost, but cylinder pressures can also be exceeded more easily that can create pre-detonation - especially on pump gas. E85 and/or water/meth injection would be needed to tame this combination for a street driven engine that is being fed greater than recommended boost. But hey, if it's just for racing, the sky is the limit.

Thanks Everyone, how does the NA preform? I'm mostly a street/daily driver (they closed our WestPalmBeach track), maybe some autocross. I ride a motorcycle most days or my 67 Mustang when it really, really raining.

Its very responsive, supper peppy and yes it is quicker than most things on the street i mean its still 0 to 60 in 3.5 this car could benifit from wider rears for sure but all aound fun. I drive it into austin to my work all the time.
