Aluminun Protectant

Has anyone used Shark Hide or Everbrite to protect aluminum? I was thinking of coating the front steering arms and spindles. I want to try to keep that aluminum look. Let me know what you think?

I haven't used or heard of either one but Sharkhide looks pretty cool. Wish I knew about it earlier.
I ended up clear coating mine with polyurethane, which I think might yellow over time.

The fellow from TheFabForums is really keen on Sharkhide, he has got some videos on youtube featuring parts coated with it.

We used a clear coat paint on other aluminum items that were professionally cleaned. I'm not sure how long it will protect but it was better than nothing.
