Looking for a step by step on wiring up the electrical to the engine and ECM. I'm at the point where I installed the engine (bolted it up) and tossed the wires through to the driver side to get them out of the way. I havent seen any other videos for hooking up the coolant tank, fuse box, or running the wires. Any links would be greatly appreciated.
PS: The more photos the better! I am not very gifted mechanically lol

Did you happen to label wires and hoses when you disconnected them and/or took lots of photos before disassembly? This may be helpful.

I did label a majority of what I knew/what each part was in the disassembly videos.

fuse box video here, have you seen this one?

So while going through this video (very helpful by the way, thank you for having me rewatch it) I noticed that they were hooking up the "automatic shifter cable" since it resides under the fuse box assembly. Should I be doing that also/before installing the fuse box? (any video instructions on assembling the Shifter Kit?)

Furthermore, I have seen images of people routing the shifter cable behind the engine, and in the video you linked, they routed it between the engine and under the fuel tank. Is this optional?

The manual transmission shifter cables run under the fuel tank and engine oil pan to loop around to connect to the transmission from the rear - like in the last photo you posted. The cables need to be routed as far from the exhaust as possible.

Those are pretty old pics of my car. DF has changed the cable mount on the F35 transmission, so you should be good to go.
Don't worry about that old issue I had.

Okay, sounds good Ross. I appreciate you sharing your video with mods. I am looking for another one posted that shows where "DF has changed the cable mount on the F35 transmission " so I can follow along.
