Yeah I don’t think the ol Exciter would be near as exciting as a garage bay full of metal fab tools
You need to treat yourself to one of these. Press brake, shear, and slip roller. Mine is a Dayton but it was made in the same factory as the Harbor Freight , Eastwood, Bailegh, ect.
And once you get this set up I will make the 1 hour drive so we can work on some of my idea stuff. That is my plan once I free up this other garage bay... Press/sheer/roller, bandsaw, tubing bender, tubing notcher, english wheel, industrial belt sander, TIG welder, plasma cutter, small mill, tons of bright wall fixture arm mounted lighting, and one really LONG metal workbench.
Before you finalize your tool list take a at what SWAG Offroad. Their portaband tables are a must.
If you plan on working with thicker metal you should also look at one of their kits to turn a Harbor Freight press into a press brake. One of those with a set of gooseneck dies is at the top of my list when I get some more room.
You need to go to a craft store and get some chipboard aka non corrugated cardboard. It makes it way easier for templates that you want to bend.
BTW more great work as always. I love the custom inspiration you provide!
