V1 Coolant overflow line

I bought a crate motor from ATK performance and noticed that this didn’t have a place for the coolant overflow line. Referring to #613 and #639 in the second picture. I was able to find the #613 part but it looks like #639 might be discontinued. I realize this is a diagram for the HHR but says for LNF. Any idea where I might find this part?

I'm not sure what the #639 is or what it does, but other GM diagrams for the same part number as #613 (11561875) don't show any provisions for mounting anything above it. Is it possible #639 is for an engine cover or some other HHR-specific or non-necessary component? Otherwise #613 looks like a fairly standard coolant banjo bolt. The same part number is listed 4 times for an LDK:

Here is what I used for my ATK LNF. Haven't actually ran it yet but it should work.
Double Banjos and bolt washers,14 X 1.5 Thread. Bolt head 19mm. line 10mm ID | eBay
