Something interesting you may want to play with, craiyon.com. It's an image generating AI that can give creative ideas, be it more abstract than most. With the right search terms, you may be able to find what you want!

There's a few more detailed versions of this free software you need access to like mid-journey that would probably nail what you want in much greater detail. I have a friend with the software, so may be able to get something. For now, this may be fun for you to test out (i literally copied your prompt above and it gave me a lot of options). I liked this below the most, given I know it's not what you want specifically.

Let's try something more realistic, less directional like before. Midjourney is another good source for trying to get a prompt interpreted as a photo. I still cannot get what I imagine you want... but dang I do like these. With an extra bit of editing, this may fit your bill! These attempts were all the "first level" generation which provides 4 pictures, so it can show you some capability. Curious if any are remotely close to at least the goblin you imagine. I did upscale my favorite below too. I might use it for something!
