Hi IAT

David
I'm gonna take a bunch of pics next weekend when I disassemble. Following the ZZP site, everything appears to be plumbed correctly. If I was a betting man, id say the pump is failing and not working 100%. I'm just gonna replace everything just to be safe.
Look at my log, last week I thought the ZZP had failed and I took it apart and it was perfectly good. I immediately ordered the flow indicator and you can see everything so you dont case your tail thinking its the flow.

I have the ZZP pump and its flowing through alot more then the standard setup. Im using two DF heat exchangers and a water/air intercooler. The zzp is pretty strong and flows good. I use distilled water and water wetter. There where multiple test done by project farm especially and water wetter took the win.
Ya mine has a zzp installed and tbh I have a feeling the pump has basically failed. I have an oem pump i could try, but got a new zzp that will hopefully be here by next weekend

Another thing you could check is voltage at the HE pumps electical connector with a volt meter. Make sure the - is ground and + is positive voltage. There have been cases that this was wired backwards from the factory, running the pump in reverse.
