V1 More connector questions

In the video there is 1 brake connector and it's free from the harness. In my situation (2006 SS/SC) I have 2 connectors, one with purple and red wires (the red wire is still connected to the dash harnes) and one with 2 blue and 1 red wires (the red wire and 1 of the blue wires is still connected to the dash harness). The taged wires match from the body and dash harnesses so do I just leave them as they are with the wires still attached to the dash harness?

My 2nd question is what is the connector in the 2nd pic (black and red). It is connected with short wires to the steering wheel data connector and the cluster connector. I think it's the steering wheel angle connector but want to make sure before I remove it and it's wires.

First one goes to the brake switches. In later videos it’ll tell you where to put them in the dash part of the harness.
