V1 P2128

I am now getting a p2128 code. I have already replaced the throttle pedal still have the code. Looking at the live data "accelerator pedal position 2" is showing high voltage. Any one have any suggestions on what to check

I only have the diagnostic procedure for the later models but I'll try and post it this evening when I get home.

I have alldata and prodemand I just printed off the wiring diagram for it guess I will be checking some wiring tonight

See if alldata has the actual diagnostic steps for that code. It should tell you the conditions for setting the code and what to test to figure out the problem.

I think the throttle position is a sensor that has to be relearned if you didn't do that after replacing.

All wires check good at the ecm. Either the new pedal is bad or the ecm has gone bad

There is some difference between the 2.2/2.4 and the 2.0 diagnostic procedure so I’m not posting them. If you can get the correct on, it will test and show which is bad.

Found the problem APP 2 signal wire was showing 6v should be a maximum of 5.2v cut the wire at the pedal and at the pcm and ran new wire. Voltage is good now and code is gone
