Well , I jumped through all of the hoops! DOT AS1 windshield Front sway bar. I made a case to encapsulate the battery and made a "Fire wall" to keep the battery from being in the passenger compartment. Motorized wiper motor, with self parking mechanism. Washer pump. covered the engine so you can't touch it. Front and rear bumpers. 10 parking lights, 10 turn signals. DOT Headlights and tail lights. I had to make front fender "skirts" to extend the rear of the fender 3" The fender brackets would not allow the fender to twist back far enough. But, It now passed the Pennsylvania Enhanced Inspection! It has been two weeks now and still waiting to sign the Pennsylvania MV1 paperwork to apply for a PA. Title. Some pictures taken in the garage with the lights off and the camera flash on.
