Ok. Then I will just need to put some more spacers on the top bolts or should I also add a spacers on the bottom bolts also?

If you’re trying to move the dash away from the support as a whole, yes. You may have to get 4 longer bolts as well.

Ok. I'll get 4 new bolts and spacers. Hopefully this will fix my issue
