I hear you. I am nuts and will check/recalibrate the MAF even when I just change the TB. So that's not an issue. I wanted a new air filter anyway, seems like the same as when I started with the exhaust, wanted to change one thing and ended up replacing everything.

Installed the new intake pipe, LS4 TB, ZZP Spacer and new Airfilter. All 3.5in diameter.

What engine idle airflow the ETC area scaler settings are you guys running?

The ZZP side says

75 dia, pi*r2 = 4418 less throttle rod area (730) = 3688
You'll need to change the 2950 to 3688. Many users have reported better results going even higher. We have tested numbers ranging from 3775 to 5500 without issue.
