Transmission/frame mounting 07 SS/SC

Take a look at the pictures and tell me what I'm missing or doing wrong here. The rear of the mount is flush with the mounting pad but the front two are below the pad by 3/4 of an inch or so.

You should have a couple spacers to go around the bolts there. I don't know which hardware bag name.
